You will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought.
An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.
All the goods will be quality checked (QC) before sending out and could not be returned or refunded once the order has been shipped out.
In the case whereby there is defect problem and we overlooked, kindly contact us as soon as you received the parcel.
If the returns tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted by fulfilling these condition:
When the returned package reach us, we will examine the item, identify the problem, we will ship the correct items back to you at no extra cost. We will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from us back to you). We will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to us).
If we discover nothing wrong with returned items , we will promptly ship them back to you. In these cases, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in both directions.

** Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
